<br />CONTRACT APPROVAL <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the following contracts* submitted by respective department head, subject to <br />state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign. <br /> <br />Received as of April 1 O. 2007: <br /> <br />Flood lot leases for county-owned properties in Stanley and Walburg Townships; <br />Muscha Pavement Marking, Inc.-striping projects on various county highways; <br />Houston Engineering Services-design engineering services for highway <br />upgrade on Cass County Highway 23 from 1-94 to Cass County Highway 10; <br />Fargo Cass Public Health-contract with area law enforcement to develop a <br />security plan for medication dispensing sites in the event of a public health <br />emergency (due to Homeland Security restrictions, the contract is not scanned <br />with the agenda information; a similar contract was approved in 2006). <br /> <br />K:\HEA THER\CONTRACT4-16-07MOTION.doc <br />
