The plat is located in <br />Kinyon Township, Section 33. The intended use orthc subdivision is to <br />create one lot, [(Ir residential development. <br /> <br />Thc Plaruling Commission is recommcnding approval or the new proposed <br />plat. Kinyon Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement.
