The <br />program is a lO(}O';1 grant funded program for construction but grant <br />recipients are responsible l~)r all planning. design. and administration costs. <br /> <br />j recommend that we submit II grant applicHlillfl \\ ith the l:ondition that the <br />City of Haf'l,\ood pa;. 50% of local costs and fass ('tHin!) pay 50% of local <br />costs not to exceed 520.000, [I' the grant is not appro\ cd the pr~iecl would <br />not be constructed.
