In the past when a meeting has been cancelled, the board has authorized a commissioner to review the bills and inform the County Auditor's Office of their approval so they may be paid. Any items that are questioned would not be paid until further discussion by the entire board. Attached below is a motion for your consideration: SUGGESTED MOTION: Move that due to the cancellation of the March 19, 2007, commission meeting, the board authorizes Commissioner Darrell Vanyo to review the vouchers provided by the County Auditor for immediate payment.
