NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br /> CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE <br /> The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering the adoption of an ordinance <br /> regulating county highway accesses. The purpose of the ordinance, among others, is <br /> to protect and provide for the public health, safety, and general welfare of residents <br /> using the county road system, preserve an acceptable level of service on county <br /> highways, and minimize congestion and delay on county highways. <br /> First reading of the ordinance was held March 5, 2007.
