<br />NOTICE TO COMPETITORS OF HEARING <br />ON APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY TAX INCENTIVES <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Cass County, North Dakota will <br />meet at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2007, in the Commission Room, Cass County <br />Courthouse, 211 9th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota, to consider the application of <br />Tharaldson Ethanol Plant I, LLC, for property tax relief on the project which the <br />applicant will use in the operation of an ethanol plant located at that part of Section 33, <br />Township 140 North, of Range 52 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, located south of <br />the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks. <br /> <br />Any competitor of that applicant may appear and be heard by the Cass County <br />Commission at the time and place designated herein.
