All documents should be reviewed by your company's legal counsel <br />and/or accountant before execution. <br /> <br />The Department of Labor requires that a copy of the Summary Plan Description(SPD) and Plan <br />Sponsor Certification should be provided to each participant in the program within 120 days of the <br />beginning of each plan year.
