The low bid submitted <br />was from ROO for a Mack Trucks. We purchased two new similar Mack Trucks last year and have an ongoing <br />unresolved warranty issue with the trucks purchased last year. <br /> <br />I'd like to request that the Commission defer action approval of the purchase order at this time.
