<br />AMENDED ITEMS-FEBRUARY 5, 2007 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />d. Transportation planning agreement with the Metropolitan Council of <br />Governments (MetroCOG) and the City of Harwood to study pedestrian issues <br />along Cass County Highway 22. The study will be funded by MetroCOG with <br />Harwood paying the local match. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign a transportation planning agreement <br />with the Metropolitan Council of Governments and the City of Harwood, subject <br />to state's attorney approval. <br /> <br />e.
