<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />REMOTE ACCESS AGREEMENT <br />TO COUNTY COMPUTER SYSTEM <br /> <br />Contract No. <br /> <br />1. INQUIRY ONLY ACCESS/TECHNICAL SUPPORT CHARGES <br />COUNTY will provide inquiry only access to the following information <br />(check one or more as may apply): <br /> <br />West Fargo GIS System: <br />Access: Access to this system will permit the viewing of GIS information <br />related to the City of West Fargo and Cass County drains. <br /> <br />Charges: USER will be not be charged any additional fees to access the <br />GIS information, as long as one of the following conditions are met: <br />USER remains in contractual agreement with the CITY OF WEST <br />FARGO to provide engineering services. <br />USER remains in contractual agreement with the COUNTY WATER <br />BOARD to provide engineering services. <br /> <br />2. ACCESS INFORMATION <br />COUNTY will allow access to the GIS information network. Any such <br />connection must be approved by the COUNTY Information Technology <br />Department and the State of North Dakota Information Technology <br />Department. USER shall be solely responsible for purchasing, <br />maintaining, repairing and/or replacing any equipment or services required <br />to access said information systems. <br /> <br />, <br />j <br /> <br />Any equipment required to be installed or connected to network systems <br />located in COUNTY facilities, USER will be responsible for purchasing <br />and any costs associated with repairing and/or replacing any equipment or <br />obtaining any services required to restore service.
