And unless this lease <br />addresses that to some extent, it might make sense for the Grandin FD and CC to each have their own <br />agreements with CHS ,.. unless the purposes of the lease are inexticably intertwined, <br /> <br />My thoughts. Recently you reviewed and approved <br />an agreement with F-M Ambulance. This second agreement is a $1. per year lease agreement with the elevator <br />in Grandin to utilize their building for the antenna and transmitter equipment for a second site for the system, In <br />addition it includes the Grandin Fire Department as they will also be co-locating some radio equipment there, <br /> <br />This agreement was drawn up by Stewart Larson, States Attorney in Trail County (the Grandin Fire Chiefs <br />personal attorney). <br /> <br />Please review the document and let me know if you have any questions or concerns, <br /> <br />thanks, <br />Dave Rogness <br /> <br />1/29/2007 <br />
