The lot is buildable if the owner can accommodate the existing drainage and show how they plan to drain after construction. After reaching <br />out to the owner, he said he found a letter with the same findings. <br />Conclusion: <br />During my review, I made 10% adjustment to the lot, due to the lift station on the property and the owner <br />is satisfied with the recommended valuation. <br />Recommended Motion: <br />Reduce the value of the property to $75,400 for 2021. <br />Page 13
