7.9 Gender. Where the context of the Agreen)ent requires, the singular shall <br /> include the plural and vice versa, and the masculine gende~ shall include the feminine. <br /> <br /> 7.10 Amendments. This Agreement may be mended at any time only upon <br />written agreement between the Employer and DBI. <br /> <br /> 7.11 Notice. DBI shall not be bound by any communication until it has been <br />received at its office at 203 North 10th Street, Fargo, ND 58102 or at such other address as <br />it has specified to the Employer. The Employer shall not be bound by any communication <br />until it has been received at the address shown below or such other address as it has <br />specified by Employer to DBI. <br /> <br /> 7.12 Unenforceability Provision. If any provisioni of this Agreement is found to <br />be unenforceable, the Agreement's unaffected provisions ,~will remain in effect and the <br />parties will negotiate a mutually acceptable replacement iprov~s~on consistent with the <br />parties' original intent. <br /> <br /> 7.13 Assignment. Neither party may assign any o~ its fights, this Agreement or <br />delegate any of its obligations without the prior written consent of the other party. <br /> <br /> 7.14 Waiver.
