His name is Mr. Ralph Leo Habiger SR. 01'201 8th Ave South $1,595 for <br />removal of so called junk vehicles, which I removed, David A Habiger, not these corrupt so called city servants. <br />The only way this can be done is if the Health Department declared a Health Hazard. This wasn't done, they <br />over and over violated our own statute rights and for the last nearly 50 years persecuted the Habiger's. This city <br />of well to do hypocrites is full of junk cars scattered in every comer. <br /> <br />I demand to be put on the agenda at the next Cass County Commission meeting.
