The County agrees, ttrough the 3heriff of the County of CdSS, to provide police services within the corporate limits of ':ity as defined and mutually agreed upon berween the Sheriff arlC:l City. In event of disput.e between t.he parties as to t,e extent of the dutles and functions to be rendered hereunder, or the minimum level of manner of performance of such service, the determination thereof made by the Sheriff of the county shall be final and conclusive as between the parties hereto.
