<br /> <br />2. Minor Subdivision Plat of Krogh Subdivision with variance, located in Berlin Township Mr. Lougheed opened the public hearing. Ms. Puppe provided an overview of an application for a minor subdivision entitled <br />Krogh Subdivision filed by Donald and Sharlene Krogh. The applicant requests approval to combine Auditor’s Lots 1 and 2 adjusting the shape to better match the layout of the property to sell while retaining the farmland. The lot created will be approximately 10.68 acres. <br />The proposed ownership and maintenance responsibility of the subdivision will be private and will use an existing 30th St. SE road access. The public hearing was closed. <br />MOTION, PASSED Dr. Mahoney moved and Mr. Olson seconded to approve Krogh Subdivision plat. Motion carried. <br />3. Minor Subdivision Plat of Neil Lindemann Subdivision, located in Highland Township Mr. Lougheed opened the public hearing. Ms. Puppe provided an overview of an application for a minor subdivision entitled <br />Neil Lindemann Subdivision filed by Neil and Margie Lindemann. The applicant requests approval of a 1-lot subdivision of approximately 20 acres to split the 40-acre lot separating the house, buildings, and pastureland from the remaining agricultural land. <br />Gary Geske, member of the public, attending via phone questioned the difference between a subdivision and an Auditor’s Lot. Ms. Puppe and Mr. Benson explained the differences. Mr. Gust also commented that it is law for the subdivision and ND Century Code in order to split land to sell and develop it, it must be subdivided and platted. <br /> The public hearing was closed. MOTION, PASSED Mr. Gust moved and Dr. Mahoney seconded to approve the minor <br />subdivision with the conditions outlined by the County Planner. Motion carried. F. NEW BUSINESS Ms. Puppe emailed the 2021 Cass County Planning Commission Schedule to Planning <br />Commission members and hard copies were also available at the Planning Commission meeting.
