<br />Provider shall secure and keep in force during the term of this agreement, from an <br />insurance company authorized to do business in North Dakota, commercial general <br />liability insurance covering any and all claims of any nature arising out of this <br />agreement. Centre shall furnish annually to the undersigned County representative <br />a certificate of insurance as evidence the policy is in effect. The minimum limits of <br />liability required are $250,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence.
