The first one <br />is a deed to the City of Fargo for a house and lot on 13th Avenue South in Fargo. <br />This property did not sell at the annual sale for the minimum sale price- <br />normally we offer unsold properties to the city in which they are located for <br />$1.00 provided the city cancel any special assessments certified against the <br />property to the county. <br /> <br />The second deed is for a property located in Tower City---this was sold to the <br />next door neighbor for $50 at the annual sale. <br /> <br />The third set of deeds (83 in total) is for property the county acquired in <br />previous years located in Meadow Brook Subdivision to the City of West Fargo. <br />These were sold as a group for $50,000 to the City of West Fargo. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />/.; .- <--/>' <br /> <br />/ ,I' ,/ :/, ." t .....~ ",/1.;:/' . <br />.. .; ,.
