All relate to a Dell Arneson <br />(DOB: 12/12/59), or Dell Arneson, Inc. <br /> <br />. 2006 - DUI: Offense date of 8/2/06 for Dell Arneson, Lab test <br />results showed alcohol concentration of 0.21 BAC. Criminal case <br />is still pending - this is an alleged crime, not a conviction. <br />However, the Court calendar shows a change of plea is <br />scheduled for late November. Cass County SA case, <br /> <br />2005 - Reckless driving: Conviction of Dell Arneson in March <br />2005 in Municipal Court for an offense in October 2004. Although <br />this is not a DUI conviction, it appears his license was suspended <br />in NO on November 2004 for having an excessive alcohol <br />concentration In his blood, West Fargo city prosecutor case. <br /> <br />1998 - Overweight truck: Civil judgment against Dell Arneson, <br />Inc., for $1 ,335.00. Dell Arneson was not the driver at that time. <br />Cass County SA case. <br /> <br />1992 - DUI: Conviction. I do not have further information. <br /> <br />The license renewal information I received in your above-referenced request <br />does not contain enough information to determine whether this is the same Dell <br />Arneson, However, the address for Dell Arneson on the pending DUI charge is <br />the same as on the information contained within your request, namely 3321 4th <br />Avenue South, Fargo. <br /> <br />Our review does not indicate anything for the other applicants.
