<br />I noted the item on Monday's consent agenda regarding the lease of County Flood property adjacent to 76th Ave,
<br />SE Cass Water Resource District is currently planning a project to mitigate river bank erosion that includes
<br />construction activities on the property being considered for lease. The SE Cass project has not been finalized,
<br />but Moore Engineering has been authorized by SE Cass to proceed with the final design and construction
<br />quotes.
<br />
<br />I'd recommend delaying action on approving the lease until after the SE construction project has been completed
<br />and the area has been restored,
