In the event that the product is not made available to Butler Machinery Company's <br />representative, the customer will pay Butler Machinery company in respect to waiting, and travel time at Butler's normal field <br />service charge out rate, <br />2, Customer agrees to provide Butler Machinery Company with accurate product hours/miles upon request or at an established interval. <br />3, Customer is responsible for cleaning, daily and weekly maintenance and inspections, <br />4, Customer agrees to comply with the product manufacturer's Operation, Lubrication and Maintenance Guidelines, <br />5, In the event that any problems that affect product operation occur, the customer agrees to contact Butler Machinery Company as soon as <br />possible, <br /> <br />General <br />1, Applicable local. state and federal taxes are not included in prices listed, and will be added to each invoice as they apply, <br />2, This agreement covers preventive maintenance only, All repairs, including acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, accident and abuse are <br />specifically excluded from this agreement.
