<br />Butler Machinery Company
<br />1, Butler Machinery Company will undertake to carry out. at reguiar intervals, scheduled maintenance to the product listed, as established by the
<br />manufacturer's lubrication and maintenance guidelines, Butler Machinery Company will provide all fluid elements, fluid filters, gaskets. seals
<br />and fluids required for such servicing at the cost listed on this agreement.
<br />2, Butler Machinery Company is responsible for listed intervals of maintenance and inspections, No cleaning is included,
<br />3, Butler Machinery Company will undertake the implementation of the Butler SOS Program during the recommended interval.

<br />1, The customer undertakes that the product shall be made available to Butler Machinery Company for services scheduled by agreement
<br />between Butler Machinery Company and the customer. In the event that the product is not made available to Butler Machinery Company's
<br />representative, the customer will pay Butler Machinery company in respect to waiting, and travel time at Butler's normal field
<br />service charge out rate,
<br />2, Customer agrees to provide Butler Machinery Company with accurate product hours/miles upon request or at an established interval.
<br />3, Customer is responsible for cleaning, daily and weekly maintenance and inspections,
<br />4, Customer agrees to comply with the product manufacturer's Operation, Lubrication and Maintenance Guidelines,
<br />5, In the event that any problems that affect product operation occur, the customer agrees to contact Butler Machinery Company as soon as
<br />possible,
<br />
<br />General
<br />1, Applicable local. state and federal taxes are not included in prices listed, and will be added to each invoice as they apply,
<br />2, This agreement covers preventive maintenance only, All repairs, including acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, accident and abuse are
<br />specifically excluded from this agreement. Charges for the above items will be billed at the standard published rates,
<br />3, Prices are effective for term of contract unless otherwise stated,
<br />4, This agreement does not provide for a loaner or replacement product
<br />5, This agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 day written notice, Failure to provide proper notice at the agreement term will
<br />provide automatic renewal at current parts & labor prices,
<br />6, The services to be performed under this agreement are not a guarantee against obsolescence or normai wear. Nor shall inspections be
<br />construed as an approval or guarantee of the condition of the equipment
