We have <br />also experienced some incidents which have made us review and change some <br />practices. <br /> <br />The jail is still experiencing a fairly high stafftumover and it would be helpful <br />ifa means could be found to reduce the number of staff leaving. I know that a <br />new PAQ for Correctional Officer II has been submitted to personnel but it <br />was done after the May deadline and thus has not been reviewed. <br /> <br />I look forward to discussing the jail at your next commission meeting. <br /> <br />Major Glenn D.
