The proposed <br />scope of work is enclosed. <br /> <br />The North Dakota Depa:rtment of Transportation (NDDOT) will do the following: <br />Write and send out the Request for Proposal (RFP) <br />Set up the interviews in Jamestown <br />Participate in the selection of the consultant <br />Provide 80% of the cost of the study <br />Make payments to the consultant <br /> <br />Stutsman County will do the following: <br />Participate in the selection of the consultant <br />Provide 20% of the cost of the study <br />Sign the contract with the consultant <br /> <br />If this is acceptable to Stutsman County, please send a letter with your concurrence.
