<br />the value by not raising the value for 2006. Generally, residential values increased about 8% <br />from 2005 to 2006. The City of Hunter and Cass County have been adjusting residential <br />assessments to reflect market conditions, as required by statute. <br /> <br />Considering the facts mentioned above and other factors, it is my recommendation to set the <br />value at $99,000 for 2005.
