VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />210,996 through Voucher No. 211,313. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. ELECTIONS; CASS 20/CLAY 22 BRIDGE RIBBON CUTTING; YOUTH COMMISSION; <br />GRAND FORKS JAIL TOUR, Committee reports <br />Mr. Montplaisir said absentee ballots are now available for the general election to be held <br />November 7, 2006. <br /> <br />Mr. Pawluk attended the ribbon cutting for the newly re-opened Red River Bridge <br />connecting Cass County 20 and Clay County 22. He said the finished project is <br />impressive. <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson participated in the first meeting of the Cass County Youth Commission held <br />last week and gave a presentation to students. <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson and county maintenance staff toured the newly constructed jail in Grand <br />Forks County last week. <br /> <br />12.
