<br />AMENDMENT TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES <br />FOR CASS COUNTY BY <br />FARGO CASS PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Cass County and the City of Fargo, previously having entered into an Agreement for <br />Provision of Health Services for Cass County by Fargo Cass Public Health, hereby <br />agree to an Amendment of that Agreement as regards Paraaraph 5, as follows: <br /> <br />5. CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE: <br />A. Cass County Jail <br /> <br />B. Cass County Juvenile Detention Center <br />FarQo Cass Public Health (FCPH) will provide nursinQ services to the <br />Cass County Juvenile Detention Center. Nursing staff will work under the <br />medical direction of the contracted physician (presently Family HealthCare <br />Center). StaffinQ will include an RN who will provide 3-4 hours of service <br />per week. FCPH nursinQ staff will: <br />. Provide health assessments and other required nursinQ services to <br />youth at the center. <br />. Provide Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) and Medication <br />TraininQ I to detention center staff accordinq to standards set forth <br />by the North Dakota Board of NursinQ and following the curriculum <br />developed by the North Dakota Department of Corrections & <br />Rehabilitation and Minot State University. <br />· Provide supervision to the UAP/Medication Aide as required and <br />outlined in Fargo Cass Public Health policy. <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY: THE CITY OF FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA: <br />a public body, corporate and politic <br /> <br />By: <br />CHAIRMAN, COUNTY COMMISSION DENNIS R.
