MAPPING & RIGHT-OF-WAY PLATS (0220-26) <br /> <br />The Consultant's work will be gUided by, and in compliance with. applicable requirement of <br />Cass County for Design Surveys and Right of Way Procedures. All mapping and surveys <br />will be delivered in English units (NAD83 1996 adjustments for horizontal datum and NAVD <br />88 for the vertical datum. or sueh other datum as may be specified by Cass County), <br /> <br />3,1 <br /> <br />Perform field survey of project area as required to prepare topographic base map and Digital <br />Terrain Model (DTM). Prepare project base map and DTM. Ground control will be <br />established by SRF based on control data provided by the County. Survey limits include <br />County Highway 17 from 1000' north of CR 6 (52nd Ave. S.) to 1000' feet south of CR 16, <br />Survey limits will extend for 100' on either side of the Centerline of CH 17 except at the <br />locations of major cross roads where the limits Will be extended to a minimum of 500' either <br />side of the Centerline of CH 17. Cross section data will be developed from the DTM at eveo <br />100' stations in areas of significant earthwork and at intermediate points where there are <br />significant topographical changes such as Intersecting roadways, driveways, drainage <br />features, etc, <br /> <br />3.2 <br /> <br />Verify In place public utility information from record plans and extend/supplement as needed <br />to prOVide in place utility information for the final construction plan.
