I have <br />enclosed a copy for your information. <br /> <br />· Backoround Information: I have enclosed a copy of <br />an e-mail response I received from Attorney <br />Shockley to questions I posed to him regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br />I note that in 1}6 of the Contract it states that the "COUNTY or <br />STATE, as appropriate" shall provide for recording and <br />management of all the files for such cases. That would be the <br />State's action, as the Clerk of Court's office in Cass County is a <br />state function.
