Add Sheriff Department request to hire correctional officer I to fill vacancy on court <br />transport due to family medical leave. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the jail to hire a correctional officer I effective September 1, 2006, to <br />fill a vacancy on the court transport team due to an employee on family medical leave. <br /> <br />b. City of Mapleton court services agreement <br />(moved from consent agenda, item e.) <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign the contract between the City of Mapleton and <br />the East Central Judicial District Court for the transfer of the city's municipal cases to <br />the state district court. <br /> <br />5.
