As you heard in the budget meetings, <br />departments are stretched for space and it is not going to get any better. <br />With the $500,000 proposed, the County would have $8 million set aside. <br />A cost estimate for an addition received in January of2003 was $8.8 <br />million. With inflation since that time the cost would be closer to $12 <br />million.
