We utilize the <br />software to record and track helpdesk calls, configure and deploy computer systems and <br />monitor server activity, <br /> <br />The contract will include an Altiris consultant to arrive onsite for a 5-day period <br />to review out software installation and make recommendations on improvement. In <br />addition to the contract labor cost, we will be billed for perdiem for the consultant during <br />the 5-day on site visit. <br /> <br />This is a budgeted line item for 2006 and will not require a budget adjustment. <br /> <br />The purchase order for the services is through our Altiris reseller (HP) and the <br />contract is with the Altiris Corporation who will actually be performing the services, <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chair to sign purchase order and contract for the Information <br />Technology Department in the amount of$5567,OO <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Terry Schmaltz <br />Cass County IT Manager <br />
