Said <br />tract contains 7.14 acres, more or less. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this Quit Claim Deed is to release, convey and terminate any and all interest <br />that the County of Cass has received in and to the following two public road right-of-ways, to-wit: <br /> <br />First released, conveyed and terminated road right of way: <br /> <br /> A public road right-of-way given by OlufP. Kyllo, as grantor, to the County Cass, as grantee, <br />in a Warranty Deed, dated December 4, 1912, filed December 5, 1912, in Book 104 of Deeds at page <br />201, over a strip of land two rods wide immediately adjoining and along the North bank of the <br />Sheyenne River as the same flows through the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE ¼) of Section Thirty-one (31) in Township One Hundred Forty (140) North of Range Forty-nine <br />(49) West of Reed Township to be used as and for a public highway. <br /> <br />Second released, conveyed and terminated road right-of-way: <br /> <br /> A public road right-of-way and a Warranty Deed given by OlufP. Kyllo as grantor, to Cass <br />County, as grantee, dated February 4, 1926, filed March 24, 1926, in Book 136 of Deeds at page 46, <br />over a strip of land lying in the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section Thirty-one (31) in Township <br />One Hundred Forty (140) North of Range Forty-nine (49) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian <br />Thirty-three (33) feet on either side of the following described center line; beginning at a point 499.8 <br />feet West of the Southeast comer of Section Thirty-one (31) in said township and range, thence <br />Northwesterly on a 14° curve right, a distance of 357.5 feet; thence North 59° and 37" West a <br />distance of 263 feet; thence Northwesterly and Southwesterly on a 14° curve left, a distance of 534.5 <br />feet; thence South 65° and 13" West (crossing the Sheyenne River) a distance of 896.9 feet; thence <br />Southwesterly on a 7° and 10" curve right, a distance of 330.7 feet to the South line of said Section <br />Thirty-one (31 ), excepting all that land lying Thirty-three (33) feet on either side of said Section line, <br />said tract containing 3.111 acres, more or less. <br /> <br /> Grantor reserves all public road easements or road right of ways it has in the above described <br />real property conveyed to grantee except the two public road right of ways, described herein, which <br />are specifically released, conveyed and terminated by this quit claim deed.
