Youthworks are seeking Title V funds to continue programs that would be cut. My only concern on this grant is that Youthworks has only recently been in contact with our office. Although there is no direct cash match by the county, the county must maintain and convene when necessary a prevention policy board whose membership will need updating if this grant is approved. Title V does require a local match but Youthworks has the necessary non- federal match dollars so there will be no match required directly from Cass County.
