<br />Cass County Delinquency Prevention Plan <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />The plan will play an important role in maintaining the effort within the county to prevent <br />delinquency. Agencies currently providing delinquency prevention programming will have to <br />augment funding with local dollars, United Way funding, fees, grassroots efforts, <br />foundations and other state and Federal grants, <br /> <br />The interim plan organizes what is already underway. There will, however, be efforts to <br />develop new programs as the plan is undated based on existing and emerging needs, The <br />plan represents the beginning of a coordinated effort to identify needs, support effective <br />programs and to encourage other funders to collaborate to improve the delinquency <br />prevention effort in Cass county, <br /> <br />Page 4 <br />
