Vector <br />Control two (2) times per year free-of-charge to ensure satisfaction with your <br />Siemens APOGEE Insight system and the services offered by G & R Controls. <br /> <br />Duration: <br /> <br />This agreement shall remain in effect until the end of the warranty on 2/24/07. if <br />satisfied with the services provided, this contract can transition into an annual agreement <br />starting when the warranty period ends for the amount stated below and be in effect <br />unless either party gives the other written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days <br />before the end of the term. <br /> <br />Cost: <br /> <br />These services are offered during the warranty period free-of-charge but value <br />these services at $1.240.00 <br /> <br />Notes: <br /> <br />At the end of the warranty period, replacement Labor wiil not be included and Materials <br />will not be included under the HVAC Control Services Automation section. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Additional services beyond the scope of this Agreement will be provided at a 20% discount from <br />current published labor rates. <br /> <br />Prices quoted in this proposal do not include applicable taxes and are firm for 30 days. <br /> <br />Proposal accepted by: <br /> <br />Proposal submitted by: <br /> <br />Angela Balint <br />Director <br />Cass Co.
