<br />Memorandum <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />:JUN 28.2006 <br /> <br />CABS COUNTY COMMISSION <br /> <br />To: <br />From: <br />Re: <br />Date: <br /> <br />Cass County Commission <br />Kathy Hogan, Chair of the Department Heads <br />Budget recommendations <br />June 26. 2006 <br /> <br />Attached are the minutes from the June meeting of the Department Heads committee. <br />After reviewing the recommendations from the Fox Lawson study, the group <br />recommended that for budgeting purposes only the Commission approve a 3.5 % <br />adjustment in the Cass County Salary scale to reflect the current projected COLA. This <br />is in addition 10 the Fox Lawson recommended 2.1 % salary scale adjustment. This <br />recommendation was based on the review of the current CPI data. A copy of that <br />material is also attached. <br /> <br />Proposed motion: I move that the county authorize the use of a 3.5% salary scale <br />adjustment for budget development purposes only. <br /> <br />cc: Heather Worden <br />Department Heads <br />
