Since our meeting on May 9, r have reviewed the materials and information supplied by you. <br />I have also looked for sales in our area and checked listings and other information on the internet. <br /> <br />Analysis of the information you submitted and that we assembled indicates that a value of $28 per <br />square foot (building and land) to $31 per square foot could be supported. Our current appraised <br />value on your property is slightly more than $26.50 per square foot. Based upon this, I do not feel <br />that we can make an adjustment to the value at this time. <br /> <br />At this time the City's art ofthe equalization process is complete.
