Please place the Resolution on the agenda for the July 17, 2006, County Commission <br />meeting following the public hearing. If the resolution is adopted, I would appreciate receiving three <br />signed copies for transcript purposes. The remaining copy may be filed with the minutes of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Also enclosed are copies of the Pledge Agreement and Loan Agreement which are approved in <br />substantially this form by the Bond Resolution.
