Metro Flood Diversion Authority—March 26, 2020 2 <br />6.LAND MANAGEMENT UPDATE <br />Committee reportThe Land Management Committee met on March 25th. Mrs. Scherling said much of the time <br />was spent reviewing the Ag Impact Study produced by NDSU, which provides an abbreviatedoverview of the project. Ag producers have been anxious to see the latest update to the study. <br />7.FINANCE UPDATE <br />Committee reportThe Finance Committee met on March 25th. Mr. Paulsen referred to the financial report andsaid total project expenditures to date are $533.7 million and the net cash position is $96.5million. <br />8.RECOMMENDED CONTRACTING ACTIONSMr. Paulsen reviewed the following contracting actions: <br />•Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (Statement of Work 5, Amendment 1)—amendment to continue P3 RFP financial support services in the amount of $2,700,000; <br />•Industrial Builders, Inc. (Work Package 50B – Property Structure Mitigation) in theamount of $259,918. <br />MOTION, passed Mr. Weyland moved and Mr. Judd seconded to approve the contracting actions as presented. Motion carried. <br />9.CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed Mrs. Scherling moved and Mr. Weyland seconded to approve the consent agenda as presented.
