Exhibit Coordinator <br /> <br />Your contract for the 2006 fair is enclosed. The fair is <br />just around the corner and we have many exciting changes in <br />store for fair vendors. We have a new manager who just joined <br />us on April 3. John Pitz is a native North Dakotan and had <br />managed a fair in Idaho before accepting this position. His <br />wife! Nancy! also a fair manager in Idaho! has also joined <br />the office staff. <br /> <br />Just a reminder that we would like to have all vendors <br />set up and ready to go by 5:00pm on the 15th of June. The <br />office will be open from 8:00am til 6:00pm for check-in on <br />the 15th. The fair starts on Friday! June 16! usually around <br />noon. We have no gate admission this year so are expecting <br />some big crowds. With the World of Outlaws the first two days <br />and some outstanding country acts we are prepared for a very <br />successful year all around.
