Projects must demonsba~e increased efficiencies in collecting data for <br />decision suppor~ or increased producfivlb/in delivering government services. The first objective is ~o establish a vehicle tO provide assistance tO s~ate or local <br />government agencies in establishing tan (;tO) models fiat demonstrate concepts rela~ed t= <br />~he development and ~ of i_nnovativ_e GIS an,d GPS.._applical~ons aimed at <br />improvln government I~rocesses.
