Metro Flood Diversion Authority—March 26, 2020 2 <br /> <br />6. LAND MANAGEMENT UPDATE <br />Committee report <br />The Land Management Committee met on March 25th. Mrs. Scherling said much of the time <br />was spent reviewing the Ag Impact Study produced by NDSU, which provides an abbreviated <br />overview of the project. Ag producers have been anxious to see the latest update to the study. <br /> <br />7. FINANCE UPDATE <br />Committee report <br />The Finance Committee met on March 25th. Mr. Paulsen referred to the financial report and <br />said total project expenditures to date are $533.7 million and the net cash position is $96.5 <br />million. <br /> <br />8. RECOMMENDED CONTRACTING ACTIONS <br />Mr. Paulsen reviewed the following contracting actions: <br /> <br /> Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (Statement of Work 5, Amendment 1)— <br />amendment to continue P3 RFP financial support services in the amount of $2,700,000; <br /> Industrial Builders, Inc. (Work Package 50B – Property Structure Mitigation) in the <br />amount of $259,918. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Weyland moved and Mr. Judd seconded to approve the contracting <br />actions as presented. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Scherling moved and Mr. Weyland seconded to approve the <br />consent agenda as presented. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10. NEXT MEETING DATE <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020. <br /> <br />11.
