<br />RECEIVED <br /> <br />!jUN ~:7:20061 <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY COMMISSION <br /> <br />INVESTIGATION OF ABATEMENT APPLICATION <br /> <br />ABATEMENT #4288 & 4289 <br /> <br />Following is a report on the investigation of the abatement application of: Gerald E. Olson <br /> <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners and State Tax Commissioner: <br /> <br />The applicant is asking that the residential lot valuation be reduced from $2,500 to $1,000 for the <br />years 2004 and 2005; stating that the 1.5 acre tract is agricultural land and is being used for farm <br />purposes. The parcel is located in Section I, Harwood Twp, along the Red River. The applicant <br />also states that the parcel is subject to flooding. <br /> <br />There are numerous smaller grain bins located on the property, along with some smaller wood <br />granaries and sheds.
