This is a housekeeping process to clean up ownership of land which is part of the legal drain commonly known as Rose Creek Coulee and 45'" Street South in the City of Fargo. The surrounding land has recently been platted by private parties, and the need to accomplish this housekeeping activity was discovered during the recent platting review process. Our office has contacted the Cass County Planning Office, the Cass County Highway Department, and the Southeast Cass Water Resource District. These agencies have all agreed that the above noted Dedication Plat is appropriate. Piease note that the City of Fargo Engineer has also reviewed the Dedication Plat. We would be happy to provide any additional information and answer any questions for the Board of Commissioners. SUGGESTED MOTION: The Cass County Board of Commissioners authorizes the County Chairman's signature on the 451h Street South and Drain No. 27 Dedication Plat to transfer ownership of a small portion of land to the City of Fargo for drain and street Right-of-Way.
