The plat is located in <br />Gardner Township, Section 14. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create three lots, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Garnder Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />being forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Northland Pines Subdivision, <br />Section 14, Township l42N, Range SOW in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2006\Consent Memo NonhJand Pines Subd 020606.doc <br />
