The plat is located ill <br />[vcrcsl Township, Section 36. The intended use of the suhdivision is to <br />create three lots, for residential development, one lot includes an existing <br />hOllle. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Everest Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement.
