The diploma is issued by a school district or from <br />the superintendent of public instruction's office. <br /> <br />Charles Rustvold lives in Fargo at 1421 10th Avenue South, and he <br />was honorably discharged from the military service on February 7,1946. <br />Mr. Rustvold, a Purple Heart recipient, was awarded a testimonial of honest <br />and faithful service to his country and qualified for a high school diploma. <br /> <br />The Grygla, Minnesota, Board of Education has awarded Mr. Rustvold <br />a Grygla High School Diploma to be presented in Fargo.
