These changes are pursuant to a <br />telephone conversation I had today with Gary Bitzer and Terry <br />Schmaltz. <br /> <br />I am sending Mr. Bitzer these changes in parallel with providing <br />the modified contract for your review_ Please disregard the <br />earlier version provided to you and review this document <br />instead.
