<br />I understand that the Customer account number indi-
<br />cated above (Corporate and Government accounts and
<br />Non.Java™/GPS.enabled handsets are not eligible) will
<br />receive Telenav service on each unit on the account for
<br />a period of 60 days without charge, The TeJenav service
<br />will include 10 routes per month. An overage rate of
<br />SO.01/kb may apply if 1/2 MB of data is exceeded. After
<br />the initial 60 day period, monthly service fees of $9.99
<br />per unit per month wilt apply to the Customer account
<br />number indicated above. If I wish to discontinue TeleNav, ~
<br />I must call Nextel Customer Care at 1.888.566.6111 on'
<br />or before the expiration of the 60 day trial period... .. I I
<br />Camera Phone: ReceIve an additional $50 off the pur-
<br />chase of a camera phone with activation of the Basic
<br />Data Plan at $9.99 per month for a one year period. In
<br />addition to any applicable $200 early termination fees,
<br />an additional $50 charge will appear on Customer's next
<br />invoice if Basic Data Plan or Seevice Agreement is termi-
