Personal checks will be acceptable unless Fair Manager requires <br />other form of payment. Make checks, money orders or bank drafts payable to the Red River Valley Fair Association <br />unless an allernate form of payment is required by Fair Manager. <br />F. TENANT agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations ot the Red River Valley Fair Association whether existing <br />at the making of this contract or made thereafter, and the FAIR reserves to itself the sole and absolute right to construe its <br />own rules and regulations, and to determine all mailers and differences in regard thereto. <br />G. TENANT shall provide evidence of public liability insurance in the form of a "Certificate of Insurance". The limit <br />of liability insurance shall be a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificate of Insurance shall name REO RIVER <br />VALLEY FAIR ASSOGIATION as the certificate holder. In the event of cancellation of policies before the expiration date <br />thereof, the issuing company will maillS days written notice to the certificate holder. Said certificate shall be provided <br />before TENANT will be allowed to set up on the leased premises. If TENANT does not have limits of liability as required, <br />arrangements can be made with the REO RIVER VALLEY FAIR ASSOCIATION to purchase temporary coverage at a <br />reasonable cost prior to the event. . ~ R <br /> <br />T~ng~:nce scrib~r~I~ener~II~~~:j~ ~~ <br /> <br />H. This contract for the ce and privileges herein grantei:!, or any part thereof, cannot be aSSigned, sublet or <br />otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of the FAIR. <br />I. It is further agreed that the undersigned pledges and offers to the FAIR any and all structure~ occupied or erected <br />by TENANT as a guarantee for the payment of the sum herein stated, and in the case of such forfeiture, s~ldFAIR shall <br />have the privilege or offering and selling same at public auction and apply the proceeds of such public sale to the <br /> <br />discharge of the amount due hereunder. .' . . <br />J TENANT shall. at its own expense, keep its exhibit space clean, neat and 10 good order. condition and repa~r, <br />da~age by unavoidable casualty expected.
